The District English Learner Advisory Committee (DELAC) serves as a collaborative group dedicated to supporting the success of English Learner (EL) students across Banning Unified School District. Open to parents, guardians, and community members, DELAC provides a forum to discuss strategies, share resources, and explore supports designed to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of EL students.

Through regular meetings, DELAC ensures that the voices of parents and guardians of English Learners are heard and valued in the decision-making process. The committee also advises the District on programs and services for EL students, promoting equity and fostering an inclusive educational environment that empowers every student to thrive.
