The air quality for tomorrow September 12, 2024, is expected to be in the good to moderate range.
This evening District Leadership had the opportunity to interact with CalFire Riverside, Riverside Public Health, and Riverside County Safety And Emergency Administration. The conversation with other District Leadership throughout the county was enlightening and resourceful. It was projected that we may have another 3-4 days of the large fires burning locally.
At this time, all schools will continue to remain open.
We are actively monitoring the air quality and shifting wind patterns to make informed decisions that impact our school community. As the situation is subject to change we may limit outdoor activities as needed. In addition, each site may restrict outdoor activities depending on their specific circumstances.
